How far in advance should I schedule movers?
To get the best date and time, for a long-distance move, we recommend booking movers at least 2-4 weeks before the planned moving dates. If you're moving locally, at least 1-2 weeks in advance of your preferred moving date.
Can you help disassemble and reassemble my furniture?
Yes, we provide furniture disassembly/reassembly services to move it safely. Just make sure to mention you need the services to the sales beforehand.
What if I have to cancel or my moving date changes?
If you need to cancel or rearrange your moving date, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to get you rebooked to another convenient time.
What are the items you don't move?
We don't move piano, plants, toxic substances, explosives, fire extinguishers, etc. Contact us or your moving coordinator, we'll give you the full list of prohibited items. You can also get a consultation why we don't move the mentioned items, and get advice on how to transport them.
Can I get my move done at the same day of my order?
Everything depends on how busy we are. You just need to call us and we will do our best to move you. If we are not available at the day of your call we will offer you a closest day and time!
Do I have to give workers a tips?
A tip is always appreciated but is not a requirement.
